Lovage
Levisticum officinale - A tall, robust herb with a strong, celery-like flavour and vigorous, upright growth habit. Use its fresh leaves and long hollow stems in soups, broths, and stews, or as a flavorful addition to salads and stocks. Prefers full sun and rich, well-drained soil and develops into a large, imposing plant; keep its size in mind when planning the herb garden.
